A LITTLE BIT ABOUT AMY ROOKS

Amy has an extensive background in new construction where she spent 6 years of her career with a Fortune 500 Company and one of the nation’s largest home builders. Since taking her career into general real estate, she has represented numerous custom home builders and still specializes in new construction, but has extended her expertise to listings and buyers as well. 

She has helped sellers and buyers in Franklin, Nashville, College Grove, Brentwood, Nolensville, Thompson’s Station, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Burns, Spring Hill and Mt. Juliet. Her experience with buyers ranges from Downsizers, Relocaters, Move Ups, Veterans, First Time Buyers and Investors. 

Amy has sold more than 50 homes per year for the last 7 years as an individual agent. With over $175 Million in production in the last 7 years, she was recognized as the #1 producing agent at Keller Williams Nashville for 2017, 2018 & 2019 and Top 5 in the state of Tennessee.
